At Warren County Community College, there are at least two (2) different username & passwords that you will use as both a student and faculty member. Your Network/Email account and My Warren.
It is important to remember that these systems are not connected in anyway, so each account has different usernames and if you change the password on one account, it will not change the password on the other account.
My Warren is where you go to register for classes, check grades, pay for your tuition, and find your online classwork.
User Name: Your Student ID Number
Password: 2-digit month of birth, 2-digit day of birth, last 4 digits of your SSN
You can get your My Warren password reset by click on the text that says I forgot my password. If this doesn't work, please contact Student Services at 908-835-2300.
While much of your coursework will be done on My Warren, you will need a Network/Email Account for several purposes:
All new student Network/Email Accounts are automatically created by the Information Technology (IT) staff after you have registered and paid for classes.
Your username is your first initial and last name *
For example, Andrew Richardson’s username is: arichardson
*If your first initial last name have already been used by another student, then your username would have a number at the end. For example, if Alexa Richardson registered after Andrew, her username would be arichardson2.
For new students, your initial password is your 2-digit month (mm) of birth, 2-digit day (dd) of birth, last 4 digits of your social security number
So, if Andrew was born on June 4 and the last four digits of his social security number were 3382, his password would be:
You are not required to change this password unless you want to.
If you change your password, the password you create must be at least 8 characters long.
For students who are not new, your password does not expire or change from semester to semester.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by using the "Forgot Password" feature either via your student email or campus computers.
Setting Up the Password Reset Questions
When logging in for the first time, you will be required to enroll in the Self-Service Password Reset Module (SSRPM). The SSRPM allows you to pick two security questions and answers. The answers are not case sensitive.
How To Log Into Your WCCC Email
Your WCCC student email address is email@example.com
So, Andrew Richardson’s email address would be firstname.lastname@example.org

What happens if nothing works?
If you are on-campus, please go to the library. You must have a photo ID available to verify your identity (such as your student ID card). You may also go directly to the IT office above the library in Room 205.
If you are off-campus, e-mail IT support at email@example.com. You will need to provide your full name and your student ID number to verify your identity.
